Immovable obstructions (Rule 16.1) - The Carriage Drive, cinder or other artificial surfaced oaths, artificial steps, manhole covers, sprinkler heads and drainage grids.
The wall in front of the cottages at the 6th hole and the path to the left of the 14th hole is an integral part of the course.

4. Suspension of play
A suspension of play for a dangerous situation will be signalled by one prolonged blast of the siren.
All other suspensions will be signalled by three consecutive blasts of the siren.
In either case, resumption of play will be signified by two short blasts.
5. Protection of Young Trees
Young trees identified by stakes or meshing are no play zones:
Relief MUST be taken as prescribed in Rule 16.1f
6. Fixed Sprinkler Heads
Ball in Genral Area:
The Player may take free relief under Rule 16.1b if an Immovable Object is:
On the line of play, and is:
Within two club-lengths of the putting green, and Within two club-lengths of the ball.
There is no relief under this Local Rule if the player chooses a line of play that is clearly unreasonable.
