Completed in March 2016, the first phase of the project was the research into the history of the course and its evolution. This is an excellent document researched and prepared by Tom Mackenzie and is available for download below. Hard copies are available in the clubhouse.

In October 2016 Tom completed the second phase of the project and the resultant course Strengths and Weaknesses report is available to download below. Hard copies are available in the clubhouse.

The third phase of the project was completed in March 2017 and the Hole by Hole Recommendation Report is available to download below. Hard copies are also available in the clubhouse.

Following consultation with the membership, the Hole by Hole Recommendation Report was updated in June 2018 and subsequently reviewed and approved by the Green Committee and the Board. The updated version of the report is available to download below and hard copies are available in the clubhouse.
