Local Rule: 5th, 8th & 15th Holes - Ground Under Repair
The areas marked by white lines on the 5th, 8th and 15th holes are no play zones that are to be treated as abnormal course conditions. Free relief must be taken from interference by the no play zone under Rule 16.1f.
If a ball is in the ground under repair, including when it is known or virtually certain that a ball that has not been found came to rest in the ground under repair, the player must take free relief by dropping the original ball or another ball in the dropping zone [the artificial turf mat adjacent to the ground under repair]. The dropping zone is a relief area under Rule 14.3.
