The roped-off areas on both sides of the 2nd fairway and on the right-hand side of the 3rd fairway are no play zones that are to be treated as abnormal course conditions. Free relief must be taken from interference by the no play zone under Rule 16.1f.

If a ball is on the course and anything in the no play zone interferes with the player's area of intended stance or swing the player must not play the ball as it lies.
